Breaching the Peace

A 22 year old man, and my cousin's best friend, Lane Pittman, was arrested for playing the national anthem in Neptune Beach, Jacksonville, Florida, during The Forth Of July celebration. At first police warn him not to play in the middle of the road, but Lane said "Could I play on the sidewalk instead" and the police officer said "yeah". So he moved to the sidewalk to play the national anthem. After two minutes of playing the anthem, he was arrested for "Breaching the Peace". Originally he was gonna be charged for "inciting a riot" but the charges were dropped. As the police officer type in the record on his dashboard computer, it kept crashing. 

"I knew this was god at work" Lane said.  

The incident was captured on Youtube. Which went from local news to international news like "Fox News".
